Good lesbian fiction (books) with sex scenes!?!?
make sure it has steamy sex scenes before you list it in an answer ;)
thanks!
I'm curious about your gender but oh well.. :]

Fingersmith - Sarah Walters.
[I have personally read it myself when I was bi-curious and found it a good read.]
Otherwise any of her stories. (:

Hope it was helpful! Message me if you want more info k? (:
Anyone know any good lesbian fiction books?
I know books like Kissing Kate, Keeping you a secret. Plan to read them but I want to buy a whole library of them, lol.
:) Really really good ones please. With maybe 3 sex scenes as well, or more perhaps.
I don't but let me help. I just googled 'lesbian erotica' and was led to a site lesbiannovels.com/. There is a list of their featured authors and some of their books. The best thing to do is acquaint yourself with the names of authors who write lesbian erotica or whatever your topic of interest is, and then look for books they have written. Best of luck.
Lesbian fiction stories?
ok best answer? well i want someonme to write a quick lesbian fiction storw... must include sex and romance.... u can end it how ever u want
Excellent!
Looking for a beta reader: original fiction lesbian romance! Interested?
I am looking for someone willing to beta an original lesbian romance. There are a few sex scenes but they are very few and very far apart. My main goal is to find someone willing to help me with my horrible spelling mistakes. While I've been told by many I am a great writer I know where my skills stop... and that's at grammar and spelling. I've tried different beta web sites but have found no one willing to read through a story about the love of two women. If you would be willing to help, I would greatly appreciate it.
how long is your story?
what sort of time line are you looking at?
what format have you been working in? (ie, PDF, Word, etc)

I have worked as a production artist, graphic designer, copywriter, layout artist, proof reader and some editing for about 15 years. I've worked for book publishers, freelance writers, ad agencies and friends.

Additionally, i was very disappointed with California, I love Ellen, rainbows & Melissa Ethridge songs and meeting my partner was the best thing that ever happened in my life. I dislike closets, stereotyping and people who don't understand that it's not a choice.

I know others have already offered, but I'll throw out my skills as well. You can never have enough people editing your work- one'll catch something another misses.

LGBT: I am writing an teen-lesbian fiction story! But there's one problem...?
Okay, so here's the basic outline of my story. I'm having a bit of a writer's block, and I'm not sure what to have happen next. I know it's a tad bit cliche, but it's going to be one of those teenie kind of stories, ya know?

1. Main character, who is supposedly straight (girl) meets another girl in an awkward situation, nothing crazy happens.

2. The main character gets asked out by a popular boy, and accepts.

3. The main character gets really uncomfortable about sexual things with her new boyfriend.

4. The main character gets in a fight with her best friend, because the main character doesn't want to have sex with her boyfriend, but her best friend insists she should. The best friend gets pissed, and storms off, telling the boyfriend about the "no sex" thing.

5. The main character runs into the girl she met (in #1) and ends up telling her about everything that happened. They become friends, but eventually the main character hears rumors about her new friend's sexuality.

6. Due to the advice given from her new friend, the main character breaks up with her boyfriend.

7. While hanging out at her new friend's house, the main character kisses her new friend on a whim. It freaks the two of them out, and they decide just to be friends until the main character can figure out her sexuality.

8. Eventually, the main character's new friend gets a new girl friend who she's head-over-heels for, and forgets about the kiss with the main character, even though they're still friends.

9. The main character has a mind-blowing crush on her new friend, but she has a girlfriend now. The main character befriends the vice president of the school's gsa, who happens to be attracted to the main character.

10. The main character and the new v.p. friend hook up, and eventually become girlfriends, even though the main character doesn't know if she's bi or lesbian, and is still in the closet.

11. While the main character and her new girlfriend (v.p. girl) have dinner with the main character's family, the VP girl makes her sexuality known, which angers the main character's parents.

12. The VP girlfriend leaves eventually, and then the main character calls her friend (the one she met in #1) and the friend gets super jealous.

Basically, I don't know where to go from here! Any ideas or suggestions?
It's pretty well written if I do say so myself, but what do you need help on?
To elongated the story, they get in a fight, but through it all, they really missed each other. One of them bravely hugs the other tightly in an embrace which lasted quite a while then kiss, but not passionately. Their love was undeniable and they had no where else to turn to. The main character, who you should really name, still has the VP, who also needs a name, who is still in love with the main character and the friend from #1 still has the girlfriend. Also, for more drama, because of the news of the VP coming out in front of her parents, the main character isn't allowed to have a girlfriend. Perhaps not a great idea, but it's something...
If you want to cut the story here, then make it that:
A.) they run away together and lived together in secrecy from their family.
B.) both commit suicide, like Romeo & Juliet.
C.) even though they still both love each other, they have someone who loves them even more. From there they go their seperate ways and lived a sad life, wondering "what could have been..."

Great story. I would love to read it if it gets published. I do wish it was yaoi, or boy on boy, instead. It's more uncommon to see a boy and boy homosexual relationship than girl and girl. 10/10 ♥
LGBT: I am writing an teen-lesbian fiction story! Wanna help me out, please?
Okay, so here's the basic outline of my story. I'm having a bit of a writer's block, and I'm not sure what to have happen next. I know it's a tad bit cliche, but it's going to be one of those teenie kind of stories, ya know?

1. A, who is supposedly straight (girl) meets B an awkward situation, nothing crazy happens.

2. The main character (A) gets asked out by a popular boy, and accepts.

3. A gets really uncomfortable about sexual things with her new boyfriend.

4. A gets in a fight with her best friend, because she doesn't want to have sex with her boyfriend, but her best friend insists she should. The best friend gets pissed, and storms off, telling the boyfriend about the "no sex" thing.

5. A runs into the girl she met (We'll call her B) and ends up telling her about everything that happened. They become friends, but eventually A hears rumors about B's sexuality.

6. Due to the advice given from B, the main character breaks up with her boyfriend.

7. While hanging out at B's house, A kisses B a whim. It freaks the two of them out, and they decide just to be friends until the main character can figure out her sexuality.

8. Eventually, B gets a new girl friend who she's head-over-heels for, and forgets about the kiss with A, even though they're still friends.

9. A has a mind-blowing crush on B, but she has a girlfriend now (She can be C). A befriends the vice president of the school's GSA (we'll call her D), who happens to be attracted to A.

10. A and D hook up, and eventually become girlfriends, even though A doesn't know if she's bi or lesbian, and is still in the closet.

11. While A and D (v.p. girl) have dinner with the A's family, D makes her sexuality known, which angers A's parents.

12. D leaves eventually, and then the main character calls her friend B. (the one she met in #1) and B gets super jealous, but doesn't say anything.

12. B hangs up expectingly on A because C (B's girlfriend) keeps texting her. B promises A they'll finish their (important) conversation, but fails to ever call her back. A just thinks that B was busy or forgot.

13. B walks in on A and D making out in a deserted bathroom on the last day of school. Before anyone can say anything, B backs away and runs.

14. A runs after the #1 friend, and D runs after the main character. It's pouring rain outside.

15. A and B share this odd romantic staring contest in the pouring rain.

16. However, D breaks it by running over, and accidentally says, "A, do you still have feelings for B? And then B just walks away.

17. A doesn't get angry with D, but tells her they can't hang out, she needs to go after B.

18. B and A meet in the park. It's still pouring rain, edging on a tropical storm.

Basically, I don't know where to go from here...! Any ideas or suggestions? I'm fifteen, by the way...I just have really bad writer's block.
You know, I'm a Top Contributor in the Books and Authors section, and I read a lot of REALLY cliche stories. But yours sounds really thought out and very interesting.

19. They hug, and A tells be that she's realized her feelings for B.

20. B's house is really close to the park, so they go there until the storm is over.

21. On the way, they get soaked, so A has to wear some of B's clothes, but B doesn't really have a lot of money, so she only has one bathroom, and B's mom is in there getting ready for something that takes a lot of preperation.

22. A changes in front of B and says no peeking, but of course B peeks slyly and compliments A's body.

23. B walks behind A and hugs her, and then you can make some sort of romantic scene.
Are there any good books with lesbian characters, and with their relationship not the main conflict?
I mostly read in these genres: Fantasy, Crime thriller, Sci-fiction, and Horror. I'll try any genre though, as long as it isn't romance. I don't like when the book is solely about their relationship. Also, I rather have there be no sex scenes. If there are, at least not graphic ones. Please tell me both the title and the author of the book. Thanks♥
The Price of Salt - Patricia Highsmith (a classic)
Lindsay Gordon series - Val McDermid (series of crime novels starting with Report for Murder)
Annie on My Mind - Nancy Garden (YA novel; perhaps more of a romance than you want)
The Well of Loneliness - Radclyffe Hall (early lesbian classic)
Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe - Fannie Flagg
Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic - Alison Bechdel (a graphic novel but not sexually graphic)
The Hours - Michael Cunningham
The Color Purple - Alice Walker
Nightwood - Djuna Barnes (another classic)
Sneaky Pie Brown series - Ritamae Brown (crime fiction)

Nicola Griffith has written science fiction and mystery novels, and is worth reading, but there are some sex scenes.
Know any good Lesbian/gay/bi books?
Hey, i'm looking for any good Lesbian/gay/bi books. In particular, I am interested in books (fiction preferably but non-fiction is fine) that cover discovery and coming to terms with their sexuality. I am not bothered if it contains sex scenes or not. I have 'Oranges are not the only fruit' so any others (or authors) are appreciated.
~thanks, from craig
Well....there is a book called Geography Club....it was featured on Ellen. It's about a group of students who form a geography club, but it's actually a club to talk about their sexuality and lives without anyone else knowing. =]
Girlfriend scared of she might be lesbian or bisexual?
My gf and I hadn't done it yet, and we make out and er...do stuff. Anyway, she was reading this fiction thing on the internet and there was this girl-on-girl scene. She got turned on. She then realized she get turned on looking at like, girl-on-girl action on porn sites and stuff. She's freaking out that she might be lesbian or bisexual, as me and her hadn't had any "alone" time lately. My gf doesn't get turned on with the though of kissing girls, and she doesn't crush on girls or think about girls doing stuff with her sexually. She's just turned on by the ==" sex between them...she is freaking out so bad she wants to break up as she's scared she might hurt me. Is she lesbian or bisexual?
Please, I really need answers, no sexual comments or whatever.
Thanks in advance.
Liking girl on girl porn doesn't make anyone a lesbian, as any number of straight men will testify to .Not knowing your girlfriend I'm guessing she's fascinated by something new rather than anything else, especially since she isn't interested in kissing a girl, doesn't want to do anything sexual with a girl and doesn't crush on girls
